Scellectro Apartment war ursprünglich der Band und Studioname von DJ Scelletor wurde aber später auch für seine erste Radioshow 2006-2008 bei Ensonic.fm übernommen außerdem gab es später auch diverse Partys unter dem gleichen Namen. Die Scellectro Apartment Show ist eine Mischung aus EBM, Dark Electro, Industrial, Noize, Future Pop, Dark Wave, Cold Wave usw.
Außerdem wird es in der Show ab und zu auch Label und Oldschool Specials oder Band Tribute geben.

Scellectro Apartment was originally the band and studio name of DJ Scelletor but was later also adopted for his first radio show 2006-2008 at Ensonic.fm also there were later various parties under the same name. Kapitän Ulitka wurde 1973 in Votkinsk (Russland) geboren. Im Alter von 12 Jahren hörte er Platten von Kraftwerk auf einem „Romantika“ Kassettenrekorder. In diesem Moment hatte sich das Weltbild verändert. Als Depeche Mode. In der Folge stürzte er sich in die Ambient-Szene. Marat beendete die Elektronik-Fakultät der Technischen Staatsuniversität. Nach seinem Umzug nach Sankt Petersburg lernte er Kirill Matveev kennen, der ihm half, das Projekt Captain Ulitka zu betreiben. Tennis- und astrophysikbegeisterter Romantiker.
Captain Ulitka was born in 1973 in Votkinsk (Russia). At the age of 12 he listened to records of Kraftwerk on „Romantika“ tape recorder. World view had changed at that moment. Than Depeche Mode.
